Great article....this is the message we need to carry to voters!
Since the Lt. Gov. helps to create and then control passage of the state budget; and also sets the legislative agenda then controls the fate of all bills submitted - IMHO the Lt. Gov. of Texas is way more important to me then is our U.S. Senator. I suppose James could change that opinion in the future. Herb.
