The worst moment in Oval office history happened this week. America watched as the bravest man in the world, Volodymyr Zelenskyy , endured a tongue lashing from draft-dodging Donald Trump. Trump, speaking to a man leading his nation in a bloody war for its very survival, avoided the draft with four student deferments and, finally, achieved non-draftable 4F status, thanks to a podiatrist note claiming bone spurs.
As Andy Borowitz succinctly put it, “Today we saw the bravest man in the world bullied by a guy who got a podiatrist’s note to avoid the draft.”
When Trump ranted that the war would have been over in two weeks without American help, Zelenskyy calmly responded, “Yes, yes, I have already heard that from Putin.” Trump, being Putin’s puppet, could hardly be surprised.
“You’re doing a lot of talking,” Trump said, rudely interrupting his guest.
“You’re in no position…,” Trump ranted at American’s guest. “You don’t have the cards.”
“We’re not playing cards,” the president of Ukraine responded.
And MAGA criticized Zelenskyy for not wearing a suit. Have they not seen how president musk dresses???
