Join the daylong national boycott of major chains, stores, and corporations is planned for Friday, February 28. The event is organized by the People’s Union USA, which describes itself as a movement of people, unionizing to take back control of our economy, government and future of our country.
The planned boycott has garnered lots of press coverage. A couple links are shown below.
How to shop on 2/28
Please avoid purchasing goods from all major chains, stores or corporations for a 24 hours. (Especially Amazon!) Please only purchase from small, local businesses.
Why? Because, as the People’s Union writes, “WE, THE PEOPLE, want to demonstrate to ALL the elite 1% and ALL politicians who REALLY has the power!”
What to do next:
1. Place a reminder in your phone calendar for Thursday at midnight
2. Boycott major chains, online and mortar stores for 24 hours
3. Pass it on! Share with your friends, family and neighbors today!
