Department of Homeland Security is anything but!

For anyone who looks different or has a last name ending in “z”, DHS (with enforcement arm ICE) is a terrifying threat. 93% of those detained have never been convicted of any violent

offense, while 65 % have no convictions whatsoever. The LA Times reports: “Masked, unidentified agents have been ‘systematically’ cornering brown-skinned people in a show of force across Southern California…”

With the explosion in ICE funding, the situation is about to get much worse - and spread to the rest of the country.
