Voting by mail? Request application by February 23

If you are planning on voting by mail in the March 5 primary, you must complete a new application, even if you voted by mail last time. The mail-in ballot application must in the Travis County clerk's hand by February 23 .

Yes, the February 23 deadline is for the mail-in ballot application, not the mail-in ballot itself.

Instructions and a printable Application for Ballot by Mail (ABBM) are posted on the Texas Secretary of State website at https://www.sos.state.tx.us/elections/voter/reqabbm.shtml.

Send the completed form to:

Travis County Clerk - Elections Division

PO Box 149325

Austin TX 78714-9325

Be sure to include your email and phone, in case the Elections clerk has a problem.
