With 111 confirmed dead and 160 still missing, the Texas flood is making national news. When asked by a reporter, “who’s to blame?” Gov Abbott cavalierly responded “That’s the word choice of losers.”

In the meantime, the Trump administration’s record of erratic and irresponsible actions continues to grow as pointed out by Heather Cox Richardson. On every front they are costing ordinary Americans their lives, health, wealth, and security.
