Abbott would shoot migrants, but fears arrest by Biden for murder

Not content with terrorizing migrants with saw-blade-equipped floating barriers, Greg Abbott said they aren’t shooting migrants because that darned ol’ Biden Adminstration would charge them with murder. 

“We are deploying every tool and strategy that we possibly can. The only thing we’re not doing, is we’re not shooting people who come across the border because of course the Biden Administration would charge us with murder,” Abbott said on the Dana Loesch Show.
