2021 District Maps
Drawn up by the Republican-controlled redistricting committees, these maps were designed to protect GOP majorities and dilute the Democratic vote. In the 2022 election, Republicans took over both of our seats in the Texas Legislature, previously held by Democrats. A look at the maps tells why.
2025 New Super Precinct Map
The last round of redistricting created a new precinct, #398, by subdividing precinct 396, the large rural precinct north of Lago Vista. Then it assigned the reduced-size precinct 396 to Congressional District 11, presumably to bolster the Republican vote in that district. New precinct 398 remains in Congressional District 10 with Lago Vista precincts (280, 281, 282) and Jonestown precinct (395).
