Beto beats Billionaire

Beto just won his lawsuit against energy billionaire Kelcy Warren, who sued Beto last year for exposing his role in the 2021 power grid failure.

Warren’s pipeline company made $2.4 billion in windfall profits from the grid crisis that killed over 700 Texans. Then, after Greg Abbott let his company off the hook, Warren cut the governor a $1 million campaign check.
